What are the shipping charges

For Flowers: We charge SGD 10 for delivery islandwide per location for all flower orders . However,we do not do delivery to Army Bases, Jurong Island, Penjuru, Tuas, Airline Road, Sentosa.

Kindly ensure that recipient will be at the recipient address to collect the goods or else we will contact you for a reschedule of delivery with extra charge of SGD 15.

Incomplete address will also result in an additional SGD 15 for a redelivery.

Any changes to timing or location in delivery must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

Rest assured that our third party delivery partner will deliver the goods within the time slot you have chosen.

However, if you require special timing delivery do not hesitate to contact us. (additional charges apply).

For Candles: We charge SGD 6 for delivery island wide per location for all candle orders in Singapore. If there is no recipient at home, the driver will contact the recipient by giving them a call/ Whatsapp. Driver usually leave candles outside the recipients house after contacting them. Delivery charges for international orders (Malaysia & Indonesia only) will be quoted based on weight. 

Flower Bouquets

We are unable to deliver the same exact bouquet since each bloom is unique and due to seasonability.

However, rest assured that the vibe and look of the overall bouquet will stay the same.

Return and exchange

We apologise that all items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

We are only able to process 1 for 1 returns and exchanges for the following conditions 

  1. Wrong item sent

  2. Faulty Products

How to return an item:

If your product is sent wrongly or damaged during delivery. We will repair or replace your product  free of charge, inclusive of any postal charges incurred. No return/ refund.

is allowed if product is received more than 48 hours.

Once it has been approved:

We will get our courier to pick up the defected item from you.

Product must be mailed back in it's original condition.

Receiving a refund:

You will only be able to receive a refund in terms of store credit (promo code).
